This day isn't really celebrated by many. I find it interesting, well I like to write about different things. Yes, that's just me.
But here is a little history on Sandwich day :
* November 3 is Sandwich Day. English history reports that John Montagu was the 4th Earl of Sandwich and the sandwich was named after him.
* The 4th Earl of Sandwich enjoyed gambling and often spent many long hours in London's gambling parlors. In 1762, he created the sandwich, by putting meat between two pieces of bread. This allowed him to remain at the gambling table for long periods of time.
What's your favorite Sandwich?
Well I have two favorite sandwiches.
* My first one is a honey turkey breast, provolone cheese, lettuce, onions, green peppers, mayo and honey mustard.
* My second sandwich is a very common one, it's the BLT. Yes just like it sounds, bacon, lettuce and tomato. Oh yah, I need the bread toasted and mayo on it.
